Recently, we had a client who was ready to kick off 2020 in a big way and really make some strategic changes to their business. We recommended a business strategy workshop in order to understand WHO their organization is and WHY they are in their field. From there we would help them define WHAT they wanted to accomplish and HOW they were going to do it. Essentially, during our workshop series they were able to create and define their core values and their business mission. Then we identified a five year, three year and one year plan.
