2021 Best Places to Work Honoree

Last week, HR Elements was named a 2021 finalist for the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work. This comes on the heels of also being named a 2021 Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal! The entire HR Elements team is excited about the recognition, but no one is more honored than President and Founder, Tina Taylor.

“Our organization has seen a tremendous amount of growth over the last 24 months.” Tina commented, “So for our team to grow together and build something together that is meaningful while still feeling that they’re in a supportive culture is incredibly rewarding.”

The Best Places to Work awards, now in its 19th year, recognizes organizations in Greater Cincinnati that rank the highest at keeping employees happy and engaged. Employee engagement firm, Quantum Workplace administers the program. Nominated companies that take part in a survey where employees are asked to rank their employer on areas such as team dynamics, trust in leadership, and diversity and inclusion.

Collaborative is the one word used to describe the HR Elements company culture. “This word really captures our employee-focused, client support model.” Director of HR Business Solutions, Janet Jansen added. “We work in small teams which allows us to support one another and it also adds to work flexibility. Since we work remotely or onsite with clients, optimizing our in-person time together is extremely important to us.”
